We understand that things happen and plans change. We prefer to have 24 hrs notice of cancellations to allow us time to book other clients in your place. There is no fee for cancellations.
As our therapists don't get paid unless they have clients, we appreciate you understanding that if you don't call to cancel AND don't show for your scheduled service, we charge a nonrefundable 50% fee. You will be denied further service until this is paid.
Our gift cards expire on the last day of the month in which it was purchased one year later. A gift card bought on 3 April 2023 expires on 30 April 2024. Expired gift cards will NOT be honored.
